Danielle took a crash course on construction defects in 2009 as an assistant community manager when three communities filed claims against their bankrupt builders. Since that time, a lot has changed in Colorado’s housing market. Danielle worked briefly in reconstruction before joining Hearn & Fleener as their Director of Client Services where she assists community managers and their clients through the construction defect process. She enjoys teaching and collaborating on events that provide education and conversation about housing, housing affordability, and the longevity of community associations… or gardening.?
