Emergency Response
Two nights ago, I went up to bed and discovered water leaking from the ceiling. The bed was soaked. I called West pro that night and reported the emergency. The next morning I received a call and Clay and Braden came out to inspect. They discovered a squirrel nest in the drain and removed it. It was so gross! The water had been sitting on my flat roof for quite some time. They cleaned up the mess and laughed about it. Wonderful guys! Coming back next week to inspect my roof once it dries. Thanks so much!!!!!!
AMAZING
WestPro replaced the roof on my rental house in South Boulder. From the initial quote to completion of the project communication was extraordinary. Initially I spoke with Jordan Pacific, and he was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He explained everything to me in careful detail. Also, we spent a considerable amount of time discussing an entirely separate matter at my personal residence. He even offered to do an assessment of the roof at my personal residence at no expense. The team was very considerate of the tenants and the neighbors. WestPro was professional in every respect, starting with building permits, inspections and clean-up after the work was completed. I cannot recommend WestPro enough. I work with contractors for my job, and WestPro is truly amazing.
