The package includes outside corner trim with a 15-year paint finish warranty, and window and door openings are trimmed with pre-finished J Channel for a simple, clean look at a more affordable price. The package is available in James Hardie Statement Colors Collection, with two siding textures, Cedarmill and Rustic.
The Basic Siding Package is backed by a 30-year material warranty, and the ColorPlus finish comes with a 15-year finish warranty, guaranteeing it will not chip, crack or peel. This package also includes a lifetime workmanship warranty, which is part of WestPro's Built for Colorado Warranty. Additionally, a soffit and fascia pairing is available for this package, featuring steel soffit and coil wrapped fascia for a maintenance-free exterior.
Basic PLUS Siding Package
The Basic PLUS Siding Package is similar to the Basic Siding Package but with custom color options and fewer trim components to reduce costs. The package includes James Hardie Primed siding, which is field-painted the color of your choice and available in Cedarmill texture. Like the Basic Siding Package, window and door openings are trimmed with pre-finished J Channel for a simple, clean look at a more affordable price.
The Basic PLUS Siding Package is also backed by a 30-year siding material warranty and a lifetime workmanship warranty. The package includes a soffit and fascia pairing of steel soffit and coil-wrapped fascia for a maintenance-free exterior. The painter simply masks off the pre-finished soffit/fascia to paint the siding on your home.
Statement Lap Siding Package
The Statement Lap Siding Package is a complete, prefinished lap-siding system that is perfect for homeowners who want a beautiful and long-lasting exterior without having to worry about the details. This package includes James Hardie ColorPlus siding (7” Exposure) and full trim, all with a 15-year paint finish warranty. The corners, windows, and door openings are all trimmed with 3.5” Hardie Trim. It's important to note that the siding and trim are only available in the James Hardie Statement Colors Collection.
With this siding package, your ColorPlus lap siding comes in a Cedarmill texture which gives the appearance of real wood grain. Additionally, the trim texture is Rustic, complementing the Cedarmill texture. The package also comes with a 30-year material warranty and a lifetime workmanship warranty, making it an investment you can count on to look good and last.
Optional design details are available for homeowners who want to add even more texture, style, and accents to their exteriors. Some of the options include Hardie Straight Edge Panel shingles, Hardie Staggered Edge Panel staggered shingles, Hardie Hardie 5/16” thick, 4’x10’ panels + Battens for a board and batten look, and 3.5” trim frieze boards at siding/sloped soffit intersection or siding/horizontal intersection. Belly bands are also available in 5.5”, 7.25”, or 11.25” HardieTrim with a Rustic texture. Each of these options can further elevate your home, providing unique details for your siding upgrade.
Statement Board and Batten Siding Package:
The Statement Board and Batten Siding Package is perfect for homeowners who want to create a unique, vertical look for their exterior. This package includes Hardie Panels and decorative, 2.5” wide HardieTrim battens. The siding is available in Cedarmill finish with a 15-year paint finish warranty. The package also includes 2.5” HardieTrim as battens, on corners, windows, and door openings.
The body siding is Hardie 5/16” thick, 4’x10’ siding panels + Battens. The corner trim and window & door trim are both 3.5” Hardie Trim to match the board and batten siding. The texture of the siding is Cedarmill, while the texture of the trim is Rustic, both providing a wooden look and feel with the added durability of Hardie siding. The package comes with a 30-year material warranty and a lifetime workmanship warranty.
The existing soffit and fascia are replaced with ColorPlus panels and matching-size fascia trim. The soffit is 5/16” HardiePanel with a Cedarmill texture and ColorPlus finish, while the fascia is available in 5.5”, 7.25”, or 9.25” Hardie Trim with Rustic Texture and ColorPlus finish.
Similar to the Statement Lap Siding Package, homeowners looking to further customize their siding upgrade can add additional accents and details within this package. These can be installed on entire walls, gable ends, wall intersections, and other areas to provide multiple textures, styles, and accents for your home.
Custom Lap and Custom Board & Batten Siding Packages:
These packages are much like their Statement package counterparts while providing homeowners with a more customizable look. The Custom Lap Siding package includes James Hardie Primed lap siding with a 7” or 5” exposure, as well as 3.5” HardieTrim on corners, windows, and door openings. The siding and trim come in Cedarmill or Smooth textures, and the siding can be field painted in the color of your choice. The package also includes a 30-year material warranty and a lifetime workmanship warranty.
The Custom Board & Batten Siding Package uses vertically oriented Hardie Panels and decorative 2.5” wide HardieTrim battens for a unique look. The package includes James Hardie Primed panel siding with 2.5” HardieTrim battens on corners, windows, and door openings. The siding and trim come in Cedarmill or Smooth textures and can be field painted in the color of your choice. This package also includes a 30-year material warranty and a lifetime workmanship warranty.
Both siding packages include a Soffit & Fascia Pairing with James Hardie Primed Soffit & Fascia. This provides a complete James Hardie exterior with a custom finish, and the existing soffit and fascia are replaced with primed panels and matching-size fascia trim. The soffit comes in 5/16” HardiePanel with Cedarmill or Smooth texture, and the fascia comes in 5.5”, 7.25”, or 9.25” HardieTrim with Rustic or Smooth texture. Paint can be included by WestPro, or you can use your own painter.

Frieze boards can be added to gables and top of walls with 3.5” trim at siding/sloped soffit intersection in Rustic Texture. To complement the Artisan Lap Siding Package and truly make your home standout, WestPro offers a Soffit & Fascia Pairing that includes prefinished, wood grain accented soffit with 4” or 6” wide Fastplank, an aluminum wood grain siding product. Optional Reveal Trim Siding Detail
The Artisan Lap Siding Package also includes optional aluminum reveal trim that can be used instead of traditional trim profiles around windows, on outside/inside corners, and as transitional pieces between different siding styles. Reveal trim can be installed on artisan lap, or standard lap siding, as well as panel siding as shown in the Architectural panel collection.
Architectural Panels Siding Package
The Architectural Panels Siding Package is an innovative and modern option for upgrading your home's exterior. This package combines smooth HardiePanel with revealed aluminum joints/trim to create a unique and eye-catching design.Wi th the ability to orient the panels horizontally or vertically, and a choice of three different revealed joint profiles, you can customize the package to fit the look of your home. The reveal joints/trim are available in clear anodized, black anodized, or primed—to be painted to match panel color.
The body siding of this package is a 5/16” 4’x10’ HardiePanel, which comes with a smooth texture and a 30-year material warranty. The corner trim options include Arrow Corner, Round Outside Corner, or Square Outside Corner, while the joint trim is a Vertical U Reveal Trim. For windows and doors, the package includes an SLT Reveal Trim.
