With over 250 reviews (many of which are WestPro Siding Reviews) on Google WestPro has a solid 4.9 rating. Sydney in Boulder says, “They were friendly, professional, treated me like I have not been treated by a company in a very long time. They were more concerned that I was satisfied with the work before we even were given the invoice to pay. Guild Quality Reviews

Guild Quality is a third-party customer satisfaction surveyer for remodelers, homebuilders, and home services contractors. Guild quality contacts homeowners directly to survey them about their experience with the contractor they hired for their remodel. On Guild Quality we have almost 70 reviews giving us a 4.8 star rating. WestPro is proud of this 96% Satisfaction rate, but we also know we have room for improvement.

Yelp Reviews

Yelp prides itself on getting raw, unfiltered reviews from real customers. If Yelp believes a review has been asked for then it will take it down. Few homeowners go to yelp to post reviews but they are invaluable in assessing the quality of a company’s work. To this end, we currently have only 7 reviews at a 4.5 rating. We are incredibly proud of this rating, as we are with the others.

Better Business Bureau 

WestPro is proud to have an A+ rating as a BBB accredited company. The BBB  Standards of Accreditation are built on our BBB Standards for Trust. The BBB Standards for Trust, eight principles that summarize important elements of creating and maintaining trust in business, are a comprehensive set of best practices for how businesses should treat the public in a fair and honest manner. Businesses with a good marketplace track record, including maintaining a B or better rating, may apply to become a BBB Accredited Business. The BBB then continues to monitor companies for compliance with these principles. 

Additionally, the BBB is primarily a platform for consumers to file complaints against companies. Customers file complaints when the customer wants BBB to resolve a dispute with a company. The BBB will then help resolve these complaints between the customer and the company and the resolution remains public as part of the company’s profile. BBB is a great service for customers and the community as well as companies. We are thrilled we havent had to use it and are incredibly proud of our rating. 

Separate from the formal complaints on BBB, customers are able to leave reviews. WestPro has just 5 reviews but each of them gave us five out of five stars. Kate from Longmont says “WestPro was a pleasure to work with. The workmanship was superior. Best of all was the personal service by Jordan; beginning with the bidding process, all the way through the city inspection. They are also that company, if you call with a question they come over and do not charge a fee just to show up. You will not be disappointed if you hire WestPro in Longmont, CO.” 

WestPro Siding Reviews: the good, the bad, the ugly 

Generally, we like our siding reviews to speak for themselves but we would like to take this opportunity to elaborate on the experiences contained in these reviews. 

As you can see, we generally get pretty good reviews. Of course, we have some bad reviews but interestingly enough, none of these reviews came from customers which chose to hire us. Frankly, there is not much we can do in these instances. Generally we will get a call to come do a siding inspection and a WestPro Project Consultant will meet with the homeowner at their home. At this time, it becomes clear that we do not offer the services they are looking for or our company is not a good fit for the project. We do our best, to communicate with customers and set expectations but, every once and a while, it is not clear until we get to their home and speak one on one with the customer. Then, as you can imagine, some customers can get frustrated by this because they took time off work or scheduled around the meeting. This leads to bad reviews, even when we did not even do any actual work for the homeowner. 

Don’t be fooled, however, we are not perfect. Contained in the good reviews are mistakes and frustrations that can happen with large scale construction projects. But if we mess something up or cause frustration, we do whatever we can to ameliorate the situation and make sure our customers happy with our work. By way of example, we did a roof installation for a woman in Boulder and while installing, we accidentally dropped some shingles down on her cement bird bath. She loved this bird bath. Her son, who lives out of town, had purchased it and set it up for her. Understandably, she was incredibly upset. Her main concern, however, was that she could not set up a new bird bath by herself. After speaking with her and hearing her concerns, we bought and installed a new bird bath of her choosing, in the same place as before. Did we get a great review out of this? Absolutely. Was it a perfect installation? Definitely not. But, while we will make mistakes and are not perfect, we always want to make things right for our customers and this has earned us a great reputation. 

We love being a part of our community and are proud of the work we have done for our neighbors. We offer free inspections and we are more than happy to answer any questions our neighbors have about their homes.

Kristi’s Boulder home had warped and rotted wood composite siding. For siding built for Colorado, she called us for a full siding, soffit, and fascia replacement. We installed James Hardie Evening Blue 7" lap siding in Cedarmill finish with Arctic White trim.

Andrew’s Lafayette home had old wood composite siding. He was replacing his roof with an insurance claim and after a full inspection by a WestPro Project Consultant he decided to continue upgrading his home. For his home, we installed James Hardie Arctic White Board and Batten siding with Black Water trim.

James Hardie Siding Installation in Lafayette, CO

After receiving a siding estimate from WestPro the customer selected James Hardie siding in Iron Gray with Arctic White trim.  The result, a beautiful, rot, and pest resistant siding upgrade that a homeowner will be proud of for years to come.

James Hardie Siding Installation in Longmont, CO

This Longmont, Colorado homeowner met with WestPro at the Longmont Home Show and was interested in upgrading the siding on her adorable barn.

After reviewing a couple of design options WesPro siding installers completely replaced the chipping and rotting barn siding with James Hardie siding in Light Mist with Arctic White trim. The project was completed with a few soffit and fascia repairs and new seamless gutters to protect the foundation. James Hardie Siding Installation for Homeowner’s Association in Louisville, CO

The old cedar siding on this was separating, warping, and no longer holding paint properly. This siding damage was resulting in moisture entering the structural walls and even damaging some framing.
