What We Specialize In EPDM Roof

Ethylene propylene diene methylene, or simply EPDM, is commonly referred to as “rubber roofing”. EPDM is a type of single-ply roofing, which means only a single layer of the material is installed over the roofing substrate. EPDM comes in sheets and is adhered to the roof using specially formulated adhesives It works on both flat and low-slope roofs.

Modified Bitumen

Roofs that handle high foot traffic levels need an impact-resistant roof. This is where modified bitumen comes in. Similar to traditional built-up roofing, modified bitumen roofs are built with alternating layers of bitumen and reinforcing fabric over the roofing substrate. The final layer is a cap sheet that improves the roof’s durability and provides a clean look.
