From Diego to Jay, they saved the day.
I am house mediocre rich, and money poor. I have been trying to work up the courage to finance siding for many years. My experience with Diego was exceptional. He helped us learn the siding material and options. He helped us with our loan application which was lower interest than a Heloc or home equity. When the quote was just out of reach, we meandered around and found ways to save on material by making smart sacrifices. Diego was integral in us choosing Westpro between our three quotes. Luke and Tony oversaw the project. Jay, and the installation team were courteous and delivered an amazing finish product. We had rain from delivery to completion over 10 days at least half of the time. The project was a little slower than everyone wanted. We chose to stay in the home. It is loud, and some of the interior wall shelving had things fall off from vibration so I would offer that warning. I would also recommend making sure your external fixtures and utilities are simplified and updated before you do the installation of siding. The siding requires additional installation around fixtures like lights, hoses, venting, etc. You want that all updated before they start. Anything that is not up to standards or expectations is rectified to their best ability. For us that was some caulking that they redid in little area. Some paint, and touchup. We did have challenges with weather, and the team still exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Thank you!
